Lodha Industrial and Logistics Park (LILP) is a multi-city platform designed to serve the needs of India’s digital economy through world-class industrial and warehousing parks, as well as in-city fulfilment centers. Lodha is developing LILP as the next-generation Green Digital Infrastructure (GDI) platform. The goal of the platform is to meet global standards in technology adoption, construction, and ESG practices. It is currently developing over 6.5 million sq. ft. of warehousing and industrial parks across MMR and Chennai, with plans to scale up substantially over the next five years, supporting India’s digital economy.
